The trial training includes a health and fitness screening followed by a workout. This allows you to get to know your Personal Trainer, set your fitness goals with them and discuss whether there are any health restrictions that need to be taken into account during training.

During the trial training session, we also measure your current body composition (including muscle mass and body fat). The data collected in this way helps to make your training success measurable and comparable later on.
